djay 2 for iPhone App Reviews

Fantastic!

This is an absolutely fantastic app but I would really appreciate if there was a mapping for Numark DJ2GO. The Djay app for Mac does include the mapping so why not port it to the iPhone and iPad apps? Thank you.

Djay is and was the best of the bunch! Been using it for years on all devices, great experience all around!

I get hours of enjoyment from this app! I would spend more time, if I only had more.

Syncs but Wont sync ON the beat Bought video combo on my ipad 15$ Have te rebuy it on my iphone. Still, fine App.

Probably the best DJ App. If I could make one suggestion, I wish I could disable FXs from being reset for each song just like you can for EQ. Its an awesome app however.

Allows me to access my iTunes music library but cant play any of the music due to a DRM issue. Waste of an app and time. Wish I knew in advance before wasting either

Everything is amazing about this Dj app, the best one Ive used but the downbeat is almost always set incorrectly so I have to set it manually. I guess it adds a bit of a challenge when you mix but other than that everything is fine

I really love this app! It has great feature that are very realistic and is very similar to a real turn table without the $1000 price tag! Would buy it again and again. It was worth every penny. Specifics what I like are how I can integrate my own music and If I just want to mix a custom playlist its easy by just syncing up the tempos with the click of a button. Also I love how you have the option to decide the intensity and diversity of an effect just by moving your finger around, super cool integration. Another cool thing I like to do is turn down my highs and then with the different sound kits you can make your own beat to the song then save it with the recording feature! Definitely a great all around app. 5/5 for sure considering a set up like this usually costs over $1000 dollars. So thank you DJay Crew for making this possible. So if you like DJ-ing or want to try it out this is the best way hands down. Take it from me, and I can almost guarantee you wont regret it. -Amateur Producer, Beginning DJ

Pretty decent tool for fooling around with some tunes, a great way to test the waters of DJing. My only real complaint is that the app is fully compatible with the iDJ2GO controller but not the DJ2GO controller, even though they are both essentially the same thing. AFAICT developers have indicated there are no plans to add support for DJ2GO, but wont say why.

This app is awesome for those who are curious if they want to be a DJ or not but dont want to invest in a turntable or other equipment at the moment. Its fun to show your masterpieces to friends and try to get them to DJ as well. And with the new update that allows you to use songs that are on Spotify you have an unlimited library of songs that you can use.

found a bug where keys arent displayed in the music library. Seems to be working fine now.

Awesome app! Very easy to use and intuitive! Kept the party rocking all night with this app! People request, you line it up! Great interface, can blend song together using variable tempo and rhythm... Very cool!
