NO SUPPORT when IT DOENST WORK

Hello, I work as a DJ and I bought the DJAY Pro for my laptop because of the Spotify integration. But everytime I try to conecta it says that i need to be connected to the internet, which i obviously is.
the app for mac laptop is 49 dollars and doenst work
i want to be refunded since i wrote them many times and the comunication is so slow and non efficient. but not even that I’m being able to do
