Frustrating mix cut in half.

Ive use this app for years and its never given me a problem. Recently after Recording an hour long mix, I finalized it and went to play it back the next day and it had gone from 60 minutes to 30 minutes erasing half of my mix. Keep in mind that I make a mix usually an hour long once a week or so, but this has happened more than once.
